When we say Port Lincoln is our one and true home, we mean it. For 17 years, we’ve had the privilege of designing, building, and renovating homes and offices for families and businesses based both here in Port Lincoln and across the entire Eyre Peninsula. We consider it a dream come true to live and work in one of the most beautiful places in Australia.

Meet Paul & Tammy Shepperd

“We care, because we’re part of the community, too.”

Paul Shepperd is our Managing Director and leading supervisor, with over 30 years of experience in the building industry.

Tammy Shepperd is involved in every step of the process, though interior design is her specialty and passion. 

Both of us are personally involved in all aspects of the building process, from assisting with personalising and modifying plans, council approval and compliance, site supervising, client selections, and communication. We’ll only contact you when needed, so you can go about your daily business knowing that your building project is in the very best hands.

It’s our smaller, family-owned approach that makes this possible. It’s how we’re able to make you our number one focus, consistently delivering experiences that feel more like a partnership and less like a contract.

The front office team at Shepperd Building are experienced in many aspects of the building process. Their superior communication skills and welcoming demeanour will make you feel right at home. No call or question is too much trouble. And you’ll find that most of our staff has specialised experience in home design beyond just customer service and administration.
